    Etrieve by Softdocs is a Web-based document management system for staff. The system speeds the review process for forms and other documents, reducing the need for interoffice mail and other methods of paper-based recording. Security is provided through electronic form tracking, administrative controls, and other embedded features, protecting the confidentiality of every document.

    As a user in the system, you will be granted access to a unique set of documents, defined by your role in your organization and set by your Etrieve Administrator. These are made available in your electronic “library”, allowing for immediate access to the forms you need. After filling out a form in Etrieve, the document can be quickly sent to other people in your organization, who will review the information or request. Tracking allows you to see when other users have approved, denied, or made changes to your document.

  • Login to Etrieve (Office365):

    1. Go to this link: https://gcssetcentral.etrieve.cloud
        (Links to an external site.)
       
    2. Do not enter your username/password in the fields. Instead go directly to the icon at the bottom of the fields.
       
    3. Click on the icon, and wait for the Office365 window to open up. Use your Office365 login username and password. (At this time, the "Forgot your username or password?" feature does not work. Please contact the Business and Finance Department for assistance.)

    4. To log out from Etrieve, go to the top of the screen in the right-hand side where the username is displayed.
       

    5. Click the arrow next to the username to open the drop-down menu and select Sign Out.
