About CTI

  • Career and Technical Instruction (CTI) is a specialized intervention service designed to support high school students with disabilities that are enrolled in CTAE career pathway courses. CTI provides support for students in CTAE classes as well as assisting with transition from high school to either college or a career. CTI arranges opportunities for career exploration, cultural experiences, plus employability and leadership development through experience trips and trainings. CTI collaborates with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency and High School High Tech to provide programs, information, and transition activities for a specific group of students to reduce the dropout rate, empower students to enter technological careers and facilitate a smooth transition to postsecondary education or careers.
